While they look like funfetti desserts, their flavor is different. They’re sweet, but their bright fruitiness makes them downright delicious.

The contrasting textures are lovely, too. The cookies are soft and tender, but the Fruity Pebbles are delightfully crunchy.

Here’s another excellent recipe for Rice Krispie cookies.

However, these have a richer, almost tropical flavor thanks to the shredded coconut.

They have the same chewy and crunchy consistency but are a bit more indulgent.

Both recipes are flavorful and easy to make, though. So I say you should try them both!

In the picture, it looks like you’ll decorate these cookies with Captain Crunch. However, you’ll actually use cereal cookie crumbs throughout the batter.

That means that every bite has the bright, sweet, and fruity flavor of Captain Crunch.

Of course, you can add pieces to the cookies if you like. You can even add a sticky-sweet glaze.

But even without all that, these are super yummy.

They’re dense and chewy and full of white chocolate chips. They’re also ideal milk-dunking cookies.

These are big, tender chocolate chip cookies, just like you’d get at a bakery. Their edges are crisp, and their centers are melt-in-your-mouth chewy.

The biggest difference is that these include coconut and four cups of Chex cereal.

That gives them a fantastic crunch that chocolate chip cookies don’t usually have.

It’s also what makes me love them so much. Those contrasting but complementary textures are hard to beat.

Frankly, it makes these cookies borderline addictive.

You have two options with these cookies: make standard chocolate chip cookies with Reese’s Puffs cereal or make cookie sandwiches

The sandwiches are ridiculously decadent, but they’re soooo good.

Either way, you’ll get plenty of chocolate and peanut butter flavor.

This recipe’s author describes these cookies as “granola clusters,” which is an apt description.
